Meet the Women Behind the Mission
Femme Forward Flight Foundation was founded by Madison and Cali, two women united by a shared belief: when women are supported, they have the opportunity to soar. Although their journeys have taken different paths, their passion for creating opportunities and empowering others brought them even closer together with a common purpose.
Madison’s journey has been shaped by a commitment to growth, education, and service. After earning a full-ride education, she explored the world through travel and teaching abroad before building a diverse career spanning healthcare, marketing, property management, coloring book author, and nonprofit leadership. Her experiences have fueled her dedication to helping others access meaningful opportunities.
Cali’s background reflects her passion for creativity, connection, and entrepreneurship. With experience in media, marketing, and leadership, she went on to become a licensed cosmetologist and the owner of Wanderlust Wellness Studio, where she continues to inspire confidence and empowerment in others.
Together, Madison and Cali created Femme Forward Flight Foundation to help female students pursue transformative study abroad experiences. Through travel scholarships and community support, they are working to make global education more accessible and open doors for the next generation of women.
