To empower women through global education by funding international flights, providing scholarships, and creating access to life-changing study-abroad opportunities. We uplift emerging female leaders with the resources, support, and encouragement they need to step confidently into the world and into their future.
Our Purpose
To eliminate financial barriers that prevent women from studying abroad, ensuring every deserving student has the chance to experience the transformative power of global travel, cultural immersion, and international education.

Our "WHY"
We were changed by the world – by the cultures we entered, the people we met, the perspectives we gained, and the independence we found. Not everyone has access to those experiences, and too many women are forced to decline study-abroad opportunities simply because they cannot afford the flight.
We created this foundation so money would never be the reason a woman stays home.
Women deserve to learn from the world.

Where We Operate
Headquartered in Haddonfield New Jersey with nationwide scholarship reach. Our students can study anywhere in the world their programs take them — from Europe and Asia to Australia, Africa, and Latin America.

Flight Funding
We directly purchase round-trip international flights for women accepted into university-approved study-abroad programs.
Scholarship Support
We provide supplemental scholarships to assist with academic or program-based expenses.

We connect students with women who have traveled, worked in their respected field, studied abroad, or lived internationally for encouragement, questions, and support.
